sometimes we are add any chrome extentension in chrome browser then this problem occurs

so guys you can fix webGL problem

follow these steps



If your browser supports WebGL, follow these instructions to enable it:


Chrome


First, you have to enable hardware acceleration:

1. go to chrome chrome://settings


2. click the advanced button at the bottom of the page


3. Use hardware acceleration when available
 
   click on check box
 
   and relaunch




Then enable WebGL 2.0 :

Go to chrome://flags

and search WebGL 2.0

Disable webGL

enable and relaunch
